Am I able to receive tax-exemptions by donating to your organization?
Yes! Long Live Tony Johnson Jr Inc. is classified as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the standards of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Therefore, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
After we receive your donation, we will promptly send you a Donation Receipt Letter within 10 business days. Please keep this letter for your records, as it will be essential for preparing your taxes.
For donors who contribute multiple times throughout the year, we will provide an additional consolidated letter that lists all your donations. This consolidated letter will be sent no later than January 31st of the following calendar year, ensuring you have the necessary documentation for tax purposes.
We value your support and are committed to providing accurate and timely documentation to assist you in claiming any eligible tax deductions related to your donations.

What is the return policy?
No Return Policy
Since all items are made to order, we are not able to accept ANY returns or exchanges. For any questions regarding sizing, colors, designs, or additional customizations, please refer to our chat feature located on the bottom right hand of the screen. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 business hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How long does it take for order my to ship? When will I receive it?
All of your items are “made to order” via our vendor. We try out best to have it shipped out to you no later than 7 business days, but during peak times please allow up to two weeks. You will receive tracking updates via email. Do to the utilization of different vendors, you may receive your order in different packages and at different times. What should I do if I want additional colors or customization not listed on the site?
We LOVE customizations! We want you to make your shirt fit YOU and your mental health! For additional colors, patterns, shirt styles, etc., please use our chat feature located on the bottom right hand of the screen and start your customization today at little to no additional costs for you!
I ordered custom handmade items? How do I make sure they last?
If you ordered a 100% custom item, meaning you ordered via the chat feature or email, your item was handmade. Below are some tips to keeping your products like new. If your product is damaged with in 2 weeks, please reach out to us via the chat feature at the bottom of the screen.
TIPS:
• For t-shirts/clothing, please be sure to wash all gear inside out with cold water. Also, avoiding putting your gear in the dryer, if you must we recommend tumble drying on low. For ironing, be sure to do so inside out and avoid ironing where the design is located.
Why does my shirt smell like vinegar?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a slight vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
